Pricing & Payments Q: How much do you charge? A: Remote support: £30 per hour. Home visits: £60 per hour. Business support: £70 per hour. Monthly plans: From £79 per month. Repairs: Priced individually. Q: Do you charge callout fees? A: No — only travel costs (PAT Testing pricing has a callout charge which includes 20 items). Q: How do I pay? A: Card, bank transfer, or cash.
General IT Support Q: What areas do you cover? A: All of Berkshire, including Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Newbury, Slough, Ascot, and Windsor. We also cover London. Please don’t let this put you off — we can travel if your area isn’t listed. Q: Do you help home users? A: Absolutely — we support home users, seniors, students, freelancers, and small businesses. Q: Do you offer same-day support? A: Yes! We offer same-day remote sessions and often same-day visits depending on availability.
Laptop & PC Repairs Q: Can you fix slow laptops? A: Yes — most slow devices only need an SSD upgrade, tune-up, or cleanup. Q: Do you replace laptop screens or batteries? A: Yes, most models are supported. Prices vary based on parts. Q: Do you repair Macs? A: Yes — software issues, optimisation, and some hardware repairs depending on the model.
WiFi & Networking Q: My WiFi keeps dropping. Can you fix it? A: Yes — we identify the cause (router, interference, settings, signal strength) and fix it. Q: Can you fix WiFi dead zones? A: Yes — using boosters, mesh systems, access points, or better router placement. Q: Do you set up home offices? A: Yes — we configure WiFi, printers, webcams, and all essential devices.
Small Business IT Q: Do you offer monthly IT support contracts? A: Yes — flexible, affordable plans starting at £79 per month excluding VAT. Q: Do you support Microsoft 365? A: Yes — Teams, OneDrive, email setup, migrations, and admin support. Q: Can you help with office moves? A: Absolutely — we set up networking, devices, printers, and connectivity.
